How to change the color in the control panel of Elementary OS Freya

This feature is not an element that we can configure, using Tweaks or through of the dconf-editor changing some parameter of the system.












 This depend of our theme that we are using in our desktop also our wallpaper.

We should work with a copy of our theme, for this we need pantheon-files.
Location in the folder /usr/share/themes










Rename our copy:





 Using Tweaks for change our new theme, just we have to change the value in the GTK+THEME.





Go to the folder renamed:



 In the folder gtk-3.0 edit the archive gtk.css









 We what the next:



 Insert the follow lines:

.panel {
    background-color: #b1c0dd; 
}


.composited-indicator {
    color: white;
}

 Then execute the follow command:

$killall wingpanel

And then We could change the values for anothers colours than we like to have.
